1. Do you have any free samples?
Sure! But the freight should be paid by the customer.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
T/T in advance (bank order or telegraphic transfer), for small orders, sample orders, or air shipment. For modest orders or sample orders, use Western Union cash. Other payment methods include L/C, D/A, D/P, MoneyGram, Paypal, or Escrow. There might be some variations in different areas.
3. What is the normal lead time?
We have a large stock, but if you do require not it, our target is three weeks for galvanized products and four weeks for galvanized and powder coated.
4. Do you make special fencing and gates?
YES. Please provide the following items: Dimensions, sizes, shapes, and drawing with tolerances—material grade and surface coating (if necessary).

6. What types of fencing are available?
Fencing comes in a wide range of materials such as Aluminium, Steel (Colorbond Fencing), Wood, PVC, Wrought Iron, Chain Wire Fencing, and Electric & Farm fencing. Since we are the manufacturer, we can make or design your fence to any style or material required.
7. How about sampling time and charge?
(1) 7-10 days if you would want to modify your specifications; pricing will depend on your design and air freight.
(2)3-7 days for existing samples for reference, only fee for air freight.
8. Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
10-100-500-1000-5000-10000-200000 pcs, depending on size, goods, design, and method, etc. Accept MIN and SMALL quantities as appropriate.
9. May I come and see your factory?
Of course, if you need, we will help you visit our factory, everything will be well arranged.
